Acquiring an object.
A direct conversation precedes every acquisition. We confirm each available piece, total cost and the practical details individually before payment.
Requesting an available piece
Select an object from the catalogue and send a non-binding purchase enquiry. We personally confirm availability, the complete price including delivery, and payment instructions in writing. Sending an enquiry does not reserve an object or require payment.
TWINT or bank transfer
For available pieces, payment of the agreed total is made in advance by TWINT or bank transfer, only after written confirmation. Payment details are provided directly; no payment or card details are collected through the website.
Swiss Post
Orders dispatched within Switzerland are sent by Swiss Post. The shipping option, charges, expected dispatch window and total amount are communicated before payment. Enquiries about shipping outside Switzerland are assessed individually.
Individual work
Custom handles and other commissioned pieces begin with a written quotation describing the proposed materials, work, price, expected timing and delivery. A deposit of normally 50% is requested when the quotation is accepted; the remaining balance is due upon completion, before dispatch. Any different schedule is specified in the quotation.
Changes, cancellations & concerns
Before you accept a quotation or confirm an order, please ask about any details that matter to you. Arrangements concerning changes, cancellations, possible returns or other order issues are discussed individually and confirmed in writing, subject to applicable law. Please contact the studio promptly if there is a problem with your order.
